Navitas Semiconductor Begins Shipments of U.S.-Manufactured Gen 5 GaNFast™ Technology for AI Infrastructure

Navitas Semiconductor, in partnership with GlobalFoundries, has announced the first shipments of its U.S.-manufactured 5th Generation GaNFast™ gallium nitride (GaN) technology. This milestone aims to strengthen the domestic GaN ecosystem, particularly for AI infrastructure and critical national security applications, by providing faster power delivery and higher system density.
