Sivers Semiconductors Invests $30 Million to Expand European Photonics Manufacturing for AI Datacenters

Sivers Semiconductors is making a strategic USD 30 million investment to significantly expand its Indium Phosphide (InP) manufacturing facility in Glasgow, Scotland. This expansion aims to support the anticipated production ramps driven by the growing demand for AI datacenter and optical networking components, with the facility expected to support annual production of over 100 million CW DFB lasers.
