Cloudflare Tightens D1 Free Tier, Expands Workers Bundle Size to 64 MiB

Cloudflare has implemented significant changes to its platform, including stricter enforcement of D1 database daily row limits for its free tier and moving several Web Application Firewall SQL injection detections to active blocking. Concurrently, the company tripled its Workers bundle size ceiling from a compressed 10 MB to a flat 64 MiB uncompressed limit across all plans.
