JD Cloud to Build 100,000-GPU Computing Cluster with Moore Threads for AI Infrastructure

JD Cloud has announced plans to construct a massive computing cluster featuring 100,000 general-purpose GPUs from Chinese chipmaker Moore Threads. This significant investment in AI infrastructure will support large-model training and inference, as well as embodied AI, with computing capacity available to various industries. The project is touted as the first deployment of Chinese GPUs in such a large-scale computing cluster by a major domestic AI cloud provider, aiming to advance physical AI into commercial use.
