Google Chrome Zero-Day Vulnerability Actively Exploited, Users Urged to Update

A critical zero-day vulnerability (CVE-2026-87491) in the Chromium V8 engine of Google Chrome is currently being actively exploited. This flaw allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code within the browser's sandbox via specially crafted HTML pages. Users are strongly advised to update their Chrome browsers to versions 153.0.8010.36 (Linux) or 153.0.8010.36/.37 (Mac) immediately to mitigate the significant security risk.
