NVIDIA has extended its CUDA Toolkit to support application development on Windows on Arm platforms, broadening the reach of GPU-accelerated computing beyond Linux environments. The updated CUDA Toolkit 13.4 also introduces functional support for the NVIDIA Rubin architecture (compute capability 107) as a preview, allowing developers to begin porting applications and preparing for future general availability, alongside new Multi-Process Service V3 features for enhanced GPU resource management.
