Japan and U.S. Negotiate $12.9B-$19.3B GlobalFoundries Semiconductor Manufacturing Facility

Japan and the United States have announced negotiations to establish a semiconductor manufacturing facility managed by GlobalFoundries Inc., as part of a broader $550 billion investment initiative.
