Kubernetes 1.37 Introduces GPU Scale-to-Zero and General Availability for Dynamic Resource Allocation

Kubernetes 1.37 has been released, featuring scale-to-zero capabilities for GPU-backed pods and the graduation of Dynamic Resource Allocation (DRA) for extended resources to general availability. These updates provide platform teams with native methods to reduce costs by scaling idle GPU resources to zero and simplify GPU scheduling.
