Google and Nvidia Form Alliance to Secure 100 GW for AI Computing Facilities

Google, Nvidia, and Anthropic have partnered with grid software provider Emerald AI to establish the AI Energy Management Alliance. This coalition aims to secure 100 gigawatts of power capacity for new AI computing facilities, planning to use software-driven dynamic demand response to manage power grid stress and optimize AI workloads.
