SEMIFIVE and Mobilint Partner to Develop Robotics AI Chip Under South Korea's 'K-On-Device AI Semiconductor' Program

SEMIFIVE, a custom AI semiconductor solutions provider, has signed a turnkey development contract with Mobilint to create an AI chip specifically for robotics applications. This project is part of a South Korean government-funded initiative aimed at developing and commercializing industry-specific AI chips for on-device high-performance computation, particularly for outdoor environments with limited external server connectivity, such as agricultural robots.
