Ping Identity Integrates AI Agents for Identity Management in Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise

Ping Identity has introduced three new identity agents that enable employees and authorized administrators to manage identity-management tasks through natural-language conversations within Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise. These agents connect conversational requests to defined actions via Ping APIs, allowing for tasks such as managing authentication devices, resetting passwords, and handling MFA.
