Fujitsu Launches Trial Environment for AI Agents to Enhance Retail Operations and Decision-Making

Fujitsu Limited has announced the launch of a trial environment for four AI agents and their execution platform, designed to improve retail store operations and management decision-making. These AI agents, provided through Fujitsu's Uvance for Retail initiative, will support retailers in data analysis, sales planning, and customer loyalty, with demonstration experiments already underway with seven retail companies.
