Danaher to Launch AI-Powered Autonomous Lab for Accelerated Life Sciences Research

Danaher Corporation has announced plans to launch its first AI-powered autonomous lab, expected to operate at scale in early 2027. This lab will combine artificial intelligence, robotics, and technologies from various Danaher operating companies to accelerate the development of custom antibodies and other molecular tools. The initiative aims to significantly speed up discovery, increase reagent generation tenfold, and improve research quality by integrating AI and automation into scientific workflows.
