Meta has launched its new 816-billion-parameter open-weight AI model, Muse Spark Open, simultaneously across seven hosted-inference providers and four separate weight-distribution channels. This coordinated product-like launch, announced via Meta's developer blog, positions Muse Spark Open as "the most capable US open-weight model to date." The mixture-of-experts system, built by Meta Superintelligence Labs, supports a 1-million-token context window and handles text, images, video, and audio inputs to produce text output.
