Nikon Selected for NEDO Project to Develop Digital Lithography System for Advanced Semiconductors

Nikon Corporation has been chosen for a New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) project focused on enhancing infrastructures for Post-5G information and communication systems and developing manufacturing technologies for advanced semiconductors. Nikon will develop a digital lithography system capable of achieving 0.5 µm (L/S) resolution, a critical advancement for future semiconductor production.
