Renesas Launches Flagship 32-bit MCUs, RX74M and RX74N, Featuring 22nm Process and Embedded MRAM

Renesas Electronics Corporation has introduced the RX74M and RX74N, new flagship 32-bit microcontrollers. These are the first in the RX Family to be built on a 22nm process and integrate embedded MRAM, delivering up to 600 MHz performance—more than double that of their predecessors. The MCUs are designed for industrial automation, factory automation, and a range of industrial equipment, incorporating hardware-based security features for next-generation requirements.
