Anthropic Launches Proactive AI Agent Claude Duet and Enhances Claude Security with Continuous Scanning

Anthropic has introduced Claude Duet, a new proactive Claude agent app on Opus 5.5, designed to brief users daily and operate in the background. Concurrently, Anthropic has significantly upgraded Claude Security, which now features continuous scanning of repositories as code changes, automatic closure of findings upon fix deployment, and an editable threat model. These security enhancements, along with an API and MCP connector, are available in an Enterprise beta with $25K monthly credits.
