Intel is making significant progress with the construction and equipment installation at its Fab 62 facility in Chandler, Arizona, with operations anticipated to begin by the end of 2028. This development is part of a $32 billion investment in two new factories (Fab 52 and Fab 62) at its Ocotillo campus, which aims to significantly expand U.S. semiconductor manufacturing capacity for advanced technologies like Intel 18A.
