Otto Group and Sereact Deploy NVIDIA-Powered AI Robots for Automated Returns Processing

Otto Group and robotics software company Sereact are deploying up to 25 AI-controlled dual-arm robots, powered by NVIDIA's physical AI models, to automate the complex task of inspecting and sorting returned customer orders at a logistics center in Poland. This initiative aims to shift human employees from repetitive grasping and lifting to supervision and quality checks.
