Singapore Invests S$150 Million in MARVEL-AI Hub for AI-Driven Materials Discovery

Singapore is committing S$150 million (approximately $115 million USD) to MARVEL-AI, a new artificial intelligence-driven platform designed to accelerate materials discovery and industrial production. The Materials Accelerator for Research, Venture and Enterprise Launchpad will integrate advanced AI models with automated laboratories to synthesize and test candidate materials, with potential applications in semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, energy systems, and chemicals.
