Foxconn Aims to Become World's Largest Quantum Computer Manufacturer

Foxconn Chairman Young Liu stated the company's ambition to become the world's largest quantum computer manufacturer by building systems for companies developing the underlying technology. Liu noted that quantum computing is still at least two years away from commercial viability and described quantum computers as accelerators for specialized calculations that would complement existing CPUs and GPUs.
