Ace nanochem Unveils New Materials for Next-Gen Semiconductor Manufacturing

South Korean firm Ace nanochem Co., Ltd. has developed three new material solutions vital for next-generation semiconductor production. These innovations include a Poly-Si slurry for power trench MOSFETs, a surface treatment for silicon wafers, and a slurry for glass through-glass via processing. The company intends to expand its collaborations with semiconductor manufacturers in Taiwan and Japan, leveraging these advancements.
