Edwards Vacuum Completes $319M Semiconductor Manufacturing Facility in New York

Edwards Vacuum has completed construction of its $319 million, 240,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Western New York. This new plant is designed to produce up to 10,000 dry vacuum pumps annually, expanding U.S. production capacity for semiconductor equipment and creating up to 600 jobs. The all-electric campus is pursuing LEED certification and will primarily use hydroelectric power.
