Ace nanochem Develops Three New Semiconductor Materials for Advanced Manufacturing

South Korean company Ace nanochem has announced the development of three new material solutions crucial for next-generation semiconductor manufacturing: Poly-Si slurry for power trench MOSFETs, a surface treatment solution for silicon bare wafers, and slurry for glass through-glass via (TGV) processing. These innovations aim to improve polishing performance, reduce contamination, and enhance surface planarity in advanced packaging.
