Both Ukraine and Russia have reported cyberattacks targeting their emergency alert mobile applications. In Ukraine, users received false warnings of an imminent nuclear threat, chemical threat, and public disturbances. Russia's Kremlin spokesperson stated that all state agencies are under constant threat of cyberattacks, including those using artificial intelligence.
