Intel Releases 14A Process Design Kit 0.9, Nearing Production

Intel Foundry has released version 0.9 of its 14A process design kit (PDK), indicating progress toward the production of this advanced manufacturing technology. The company reports that the production node is meeting expected performance and yield targets, validated by silicon testing.
