Taiwan to Establish New Science Park for 1-Nanometer Semiconductor Fab, Likely TSMC

The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) in Taiwan plans to establish a new science park in Tainan to accommodate an upcoming 1-nanometer semiconductor fabrication plant.
