Embodied AI Unveils AIR, a Humanoid Robot Designed for Safe Factory Collaboration and On-the-Job Learning

Swiss robotics company Embodied AI has introduced AIR at Humanoid Europe 2026, a humanoid robot built to safely operate alongside human factory teams. Developed in just nine months, AIR is designed to handle repetitive manual tasks that frequently change, allowing human workers to focus on more skilled labor. The robot is already undergoing testing with global manufacturers, addressing the projected shortage of manufacturing jobs.
