Federal Agencies Announce FY 2026 Supporting Effective Educator Development Program Competition

The U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration, on behalf of the U.S. Department of Education, has announced the Fiscal Year 2026 Supporting Effective Educator Development (SEED) program competition. This program provides funding to increase the number of highly effective educators by supporting evidence-based practices for educator preparation, development, and skill enhancement. Proposals are due by June 1, 2026.
