New Legislation Proposed to Increase Oversight of EPA Actions

Congresswoman Lizzie Fletcher and Congressman Troy Carter have introduced the ZELDIN Act, a bill designed to regulate the Environmental Protection Agency. The proposed legislation aims to mandate legal reviews before grant terminations, preserve funding during disputes, and enhance Congressional oversight over EPA decisions, including the dismissal of carcinogen lawsuits.
