The U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced a second round of supplemental disaster relief payments for farmers affected by natural disasters in 2023 and 2024. The agency is increasing the payment factor to 70% for eligible producers. Additionally, the application deadline for both stages of the Supplemental Disaster Relief Program has been extended to August 12, 2026.
