USCIS Reaches Cap for Second Allocation of H-2B Returning Worker Visas for FY 2026

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has confirmed that the cap has been met for the second round of H-2B returning worker visas for the current fiscal year. This allocation of over 27,000 supplemental visas was intended to assist American businesses in meeting their temporary or seasonal staffing requirements. The visas were designated for workers with start dates between April 1 and April 30, 2026.
