USCIS Fills H-2B Visa Quota for Second Allocation of Returning Workers

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has announced that it has received sufficient petitions to meet the cap for the second allocation of H-2B visas for returning workers in fiscal year 2026. This supplemental tranche of 27,736 visas is designed to assist American businesses. These visas help address their seasonal or temporary staffing requirements.
