Trump Administration Proposes Rule Prohibiting Federal Funding for DEI Programs

The White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has released a proposed rule that would prevent institutions receiving federal funding from engaging in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) activities, including those promoting disparate impact theory or gender ideology. The rule is open for public comment for 45 days.
