Department of Commerce seeks public comments on Data Privacy Framework Program self-certifications.

The Department of Commerce is submitting an information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval concerning self-certifications under the Data Privacy Framework Program. This initiative provides an additional 30-day period for the general public and other federal agencies to submit comments, following a previous 60-day comment period that ended in February 2026.
