USTR Announces New Tariff Measures and Trade Investigations, Proposes U.S.-China Trade Board

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) has unveiled new tariff actions and trade investigations under Section 301. This includes a new probe into Vietnam concerning intellectual property issues. Additionally, USTR proposes establishing a U.S.-China Board of Trade, a new government-to-government mechanism intended to manage bilateral trade relations.
