Second Circuit Upholds Sam Bankman-Fried's FTX Fraud Conviction

A New York federal appeals court upheld the criminal convictions of cryptocurrency mogul Sam Bankman-Fried, who is serving a 25-year prison sentence for defrauding investors and lenders in connection with his collapsed FTX cryptocurrency exchange platform.
