White House Issues NSPM-12 to Enhance Cybersecurity for National Security Systems

The White House has issued National Security Presidential Memorandum 12 (NSPM-12), establishing a new cybersecurity governance framework for National Security Systems, including military and intelligence systems. The memorandum re-establishes the Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS) and expands the National Security Agency's authority as the National Manager for NSS cybersecurity.
