ATF to Update Gun Rights Guidance for Cannabis Users

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) announced it will soon issue updated guidance regarding gun rights for marijuana consumers. This follows a recent Supreme Court ruling on the matter. The high court found a broad federal ban on gun ownership for cannabis users to be in violation of the Second Amendment.
