DHS Suspends 'De Minimis' Exemption for Non-Postal Merchandise Imports

This rule indefinitely suspends the 'de minimis' exemption for goods entering the U.S. through all methods other than the international postal network. The change is effective immediately, with a public comment period open until July 24, 2026.
