Bipartisan Congressional Effort Launched to Override Supreme Court Pesticide Ruling

Members of Congress, including Reps. Chellie Pingree (D-ME) and Thomas Massie (R-KY), introduced an amendment to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to reverse a recent Supreme Court decision that limited consumer lawsuits against pesticide companies for inadequate health warnings.
