Justice Department Finds UC Davis School of Medicine Discriminates Based on Race in Admissions

The U.S. Department of Justice has determined that the University of California, Davis School of Medicine, discriminates based on race in its admissions process. This finding, based on a June 10 DOJ press release, concludes that the school violated the Supreme Court's 2023 decision banning affirmative action in higher education admissions.
