U.S. Treasury Officially Launches Nationwide 'Trump Accounts' for Children

The U.S. Department of the Treasury announced the official nationwide launch of the full Trump Accounts app, an innovative savings and investment platform designed to give American children a stake in the economy. The Social Security Administration also initiated processes to assist parents in enrolling newborns, with eligible children receiving an initial $1,000 contribution from the government starting July 4, 2026.
