Federal Agencies Announce Key Actions Impacting Tribal Nations: HUD Expands Home Loan Program, OMB Proposes Grant Rule Changes

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has expanded its Section 184 Indian Home Loan Guarantee Program, making homeownership opportunities more accessible in 356 additional counties and cities across Alabama, Georgia, Maryland, New York, and Virginia.
