Federal Appeals Court Blocks Trump Administration's Mail-In Voting Order in 23 States

A federal appeals court has rejected the Trump administration's request to implement an executive order aimed at tightening rules for mail-in voting in 23 states ahead of the November elections. The Boston-based 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a lower court's injunction, which found key parts of the Republican president's order unconstitutional.
