DHS Expands Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act Entity List, Prohibiting Goods from 43 More Companies
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has added 43 companies to the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Entity List, marking the largest single expansion of the list to date. Effective July 31, 2026, goods produced by these entities are prohibited from entering the United States due to their alleged involvement in sourcing materials from or working with the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region government to exploit persecuted groups. This action increases the total number of listed entities to 187.
