DHS Adds 43 Companies to Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act Entity List, Marking Largest Expansion to Date

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), on behalf of the Forced Labor Enforcement Task Force (FLETF), announced the addition of 43 companies to the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Entity List. This 30% increase, bringing the total to 187 entities, is the single largest expansion of the list and prohibits goods produced by these companies from entering the United States, effective August 3, 2026. The action targets companies sourcing materials from the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region or working with the Xinjiang government to exploit persecuted groups.
