DHS Adds 43 Chinese Companies to Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act Entity List

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced the addition of 43 Chinese companies to the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Entity List, bringing the total to 187 entities. Effective August 3, 2026, goods produced by these companies will be presumed to be prohibited from entering the United States due to their alleged involvement in forced labor practices, marking the largest single expansion of the list.
