Senate Committee Advances Bill to Block Department of Education Program Transfers

The Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee voted to advance S. 5046, legislation introduced by Senators Lisa Murkowski (R-AK), Tim Kaine (D-VA), and Susan Collins (R-ME).
