DHS adds 43 companies to Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act Entity List, effective today

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced the addition of 43 companies to the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) Entity List, effective August 3, 2026. This expansion, the largest single increase to date, brings the total to 187 entities. Goods produced by these companies will be subject to a rebuttable presumption of being prohibited from entering the United States due to their alleged involvement in sourcing materials from or working with the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region government to exploit persecuted groups.
